a. Providing good nutrition for the brain.

Then look elsewhere other sights, repeat memorized the phone number, how many digits do you remember?
Repeat it continuously by adding 1 / 2 digits behind it and memorized the phone number to divert our eyes to other places. Repeat it until you remember all 10 digits.

2. After a party or gathering with friends, try to remember the details the party, anybody man, wearing what, decor and other things.
